One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at uwin33. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different phone numbers, or modified details — is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. uwin33 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all associated funds and bonuses without prior notice.
Account security is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. uwin33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the account holder's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

All fund withdrawals are subject to a successful KYC verification process. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in specific circumstances approved by the uwin33 support team.
Uwin33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Any attempt to use foreign currency, credit cards in a third party's name, or payment methods not listed above will be declined. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk betting techniques designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or providing false information – may result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of related winnings, and account closure.
All games available at uwin33 — including slots, live casino, table games, and roulette — operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent body to ensure fairness in every round and outcome.
For live casino games involving a real dealer, any outcome recorded by the dealer and confirmed by the system is final. Disputes relating to live game results must be submitted within 24 hours of the game ending.

Maximum Liability Cap: In any event, uwin33's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member within the 12 months prior to the claim in question.
